Lies being told about Archbishop Akinola

That there is much darkness upon this cesspit called the internet is no secret to a faithful Bible teacher such as myself, called as I am to monitor the evil lurking in the hearts of other men. Of all the foul places which my eyes must peruse daily, perhaps none is as routinely abhorrent as that of an English (need I say more) Friend-of-Sodomites known as Mad Priest.

Now call me old-fashioned, but my policy is that if you can’t say anything nice about a wicked and insane menace to God-fearing society you shouldn’t say anything at all. Yet this latest accusation is going too far: an honest member of a fine GAFCON church selection panel has been accused of suggesting Archbishop Akinola would appoint a negro as their parish priest!

The patent absurdity of this lie is obvious to anyone who has read their Bible. Archbishop Akinola may indeed be a person of color, but he’s an outstanding example of his race, and certainly capable of understanding such a thing is completely contrary to Bible teaching.

My opinion is that the whole thing is nothing but the latest in a litany of lies and misinformation. Just look at the “facts” as presented – is it really possible that a GAFCON church would permit a woman to occupy a position of any authority upon their selection panel? What kind of a husband would permit his wife to communicate with their former apostate liberal bishop? In a person-to-person call, without an intermediary or chaperone? Certainly not a GAFCON man.

No. I believe this to be just one more deception from the father of lies (John 8:44). Christians can soon expect a statement to this effect from the GAFCON Eldership.

I’m Father Christian and I teach the Bible.

Hallelujah, Father Troll! It's good to hear clear truth being spoken once again on the Internet! For too long these revolting revisionists have reviled the truth, and even the people claiming orthodox positions have become misguided fools who lead their people astray.

This abandonment of the right, true and orthodox teachings needed to have your calm and steady voice to steer the Church back to its proper course. Thanks be to God for you, Father Troll!

But of course, this is just the barkings of an old dog, so I could be wrong.

Preach, brother, preach!

Master Clumber: You're quite right, of course, you could be wrong, and in all probability frequently are, since you cannot possibly be as learned in the Scriptures as myself. Never the less, the bible teaches that we are not to be double-minded in any thing, and so as a general policy I must counsel you to never admit you may be in error about anything. Absolute certainty is a vital quality for any GAFCON man or dog. You must learn to believe yourself to at all times believe yourself to be right - even when you know you are wrong.

Miss Ellie: I do not normally publically address women, since it is more appropriate for a man of my stature to instruct her responsible male guardian, who can then forward any instructions pertaining to her once they have returned to her place of domestic responsibility.
Nevertheless, the wisdom of your words show that the Holy Spirit has indeed spoken to you (since as a woman you could not have arrived at these conclusions of your own accord), and this fact does indeed make my heart glad.
I shall be forwarding your words to my dear headstrong young friend Father Matt Kennedy in the prayerful hope that they will inspire him to bring the fairer members of his own congregation into a deeper understaing of the Scriptures.

Perhaps it will set your mind at rest, Fr. Troll, for you to know that I am a nun. The oh-so-pure male clergy have traditionally been willing to speak directly to us! (Ha! At least in the confessional...)

A NUN! Lord forbid - you're not of the Roman persuasion are you? In which case don't think I'm not capable of recognising you as having been sent here by the Jesuits as an Amalekite spy intent upon destroying the fruit of Israel.

Anglican nun, silly!

I'm a cradle Episcopalian - born and bred.

Now YOU wouldn't be of the EVANGELICAL persuasion, would you? Mercy! (Seems likely since you just up and ASSUMED I must be Roman!)

I, Sister, am of The Bible's persuasion.
There exists no other position for a Christian. Everything else is deception and bondage.
